How we handle your data.

Who we are

What data we process

When you book a time through the scan form, we receive what you enter: your name, your company, your email address, what you are looking for, a budget if you mention one, and your note. We also receive the time you picked.

Why

To prepare the conversation, get in touch, and send a proposal if you want one. We use your data for nothing else and we never sell it.

How long

If we do not end up working together, we delete your data within twelve months of our last contact. If you become a client, we keep what the law requires for our records.

This website

We set no cookies and use no analytics tool. Fonts load through Google Fonts, which means Google sees your IP address. We remember your language choice in your browser's local storage; nothing is sent to us. When you visit, we ask our hosting provider, Cloudflare, which country you are in so we can show the right language. Cloudflare sees your IP address to serve the site; we do not store it. Meetings are booked through Cal.com, a US company. Cal.com only loads once you touch the scan form. When you press the button, what you entered goes to Cal.com right away, even if you do not pick a time afterwards. When you book a time, the meeting ends up in our Google Calendar. The video link is Google Meet.

Client data

When we build a system for you, we define up front which sources agents can use and what they can do. Where needed, we put that in a data processing agreement. Read more on Control and data.

Your rights

You can ask to see your data, have it corrected, or have it deleted. Email your request to [email protected]. If you disagree with how we handle your data, you can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
